1. Online ticketing terms & conditions of use

a) On the day of your visit

Entry is only permissible when your ticket is printed out or the booking reference number is given.

If the ticket or booking reference number is scanned and shows it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.

All persons covered by the ticket purchased online must enter Manor Farm Park & Woodlands at the same time.

Tickets purchased online are only valid for the date range for which they were purchased. Should they be used on dates other than that for which they were purchased, Manor Farm Park & Woodlands reserves the right to refuse entry and/or make an additional charge if the price paid is lower than the online price for that day. If the price on the day is lower than the price paid, no refund will be given.

 

b) Refunds and Amends

Following the purchase of your online ticket, no refunds can be given, and you are not able to cancel your tickets or re-sell them.

 

c) Discounts and Offers

Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made in person on the gate.

Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotions or vouchers on the gate.

 

d) Group bookings and Birthday parties

Ticket purchased online cannot be used in relation to any Manor Farm Park & Woodlands group booking or birthday party.

 

2. Additional charges, weight limits and availability

a) Donkeys

Donkey rides are charged at £1.50 per person per ride and a weight limit of six stone or 38kg applies. Donkey rides are offered on a ‘first come first served basis’ at specific times of the day, shown on the activity schedule. Entry to the park does not guarantee a donkey ride.

 

b) Owl holding

Owl holding is charged at £1 per person per owl. Owl holding is offered on a ‘first come first served basis’ at specific times of the day, shown on the activity schedule. Owl holding does not take place every day and entry to the park does not guarantee the opportunity to hold an owl.

 

c) Ernie the Milk Float

Rides on Ernie the Milk Float are charged at 50p per adult. Rides on Ernie are offered on a ‘first come first served basis’ at specific times of the day, shown on the activity schedule.  Ernie the Milk Float is not in operation every day and entry to the park does not guarantee a ride on Ernie.

 

3. Your commitment to us
When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Manor Farm Park & Woodlands and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Manor Farm Park & Woodlands for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

 

4. Prices
The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Manor Farm Park & Woodlands website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.  We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

5. Online Security
To ensure your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/ debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
Manor Farm Park & Woodlands’ total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Manor Farm Park & Woodlands will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

 

7. Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

 

8. Queries and complaints
Any queries or complaints should be put in writing to Mr A and Mrs G Robinson at Manor Farm Park & Woodlands, Castle Hill, East Leake, Nr Loughborough, LE12 6LU.
